All submissions will be evaluated anonymously by at least two members of the FIAR Scientific Committee.
THE ASPECTS CONSIDERED IN THE EVALUATION INCLUDE:
-
Originality
-
Scientific relevance
-
Soundness of conclusions
-
Potential for practical or industrial application
-
Quality of presentation
SUBMISSION STAGES:
Initial stage - Authors must submit their articles electronically in one of the three available categories, in the appropriate language for each type. The documents must be in unprotected PDF format. At this stage, it is crucial that the articles DO NOT CONTAIN ANY INFORMATION THAT IDENTIFIES THE AUTHORS.
Final Stage - After the results of the first evaluation have been published, the period for submitting the final version of the approved articles begins. Accepted papers, already incorporating the suggestions of the scientific committee, must be resubmitted in camera-ready format (PDF) and Microsoft Word. At this stage, authorship information must be included. It will also be necessary to send in a copyright form, which will be made available in due course.
Note: For type A publications (Convergences - Journal of Research and Arts Education), authors must own and assign the copyright to all images in the article.
PARTICIPATION RULES:
Each registered author can present one paper at the congress.
Up to two additional papers per author are allowed, subject to extra fees according to the available table.
Each paper may have a maximum of five (5) co-authors
PUBLICATION:
Accepted papers will be published as long as they are submitted on time and in accordance with the established criteria. Articles approved in the first phase may be rejected in the second if the recommendations of the scientific committee are not adequately met
-
In view of the limited time available for oral presentations, some authors may be invited to present their work in the form of an electronic poster.
-
At least one of the authors must be registered by the deadline shown in the registration box. If none of the authors has registered by that date, the paper will automatically be removed from the program and publications
